Customer Service Representative – Resolution Center

About the role

Intact is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join its growing Resolution Center team in Montréal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service over the phone and through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls while demonstrating unparalleled customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and make adjustments related to their accounts.
• Promote self‑service by guiding customers through online tools and the mobile application.
• Send documents or policy copies to clients as needed.
• Handle a variety of customer needs, including general inquiries, re‑enrollment after cancellation, and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications on Apple iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in a call‑centre environment (preferred).
• Autonomous, dynamic, with strong communication abilities.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in French and English, able to serve English‑speaking clientele.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

What we offer

• Salary range of $43,600–$53,200 per year (CAD).
• Full‑time position based on a 35‑hour workweek.
