About the role

Motion LP is seeking a compassionate Customer Service Representative to join its Lethbridge location. You will be the front‑line point of contact for clients, their families, and healthcare practitioners, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience while supporting the company’s mobility and accessibility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage on‑site clients, handling phone and email inquiries with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to manage client orders, process payments, and oversee billing.
• Coordinate paperwork, rental agreements, quotes, and client records, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced office or customer‑facing environment, with strong deadline‑driven multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and respond to urgent inquiries across phone, email, and in‑person channels.
• Clean criminal background check and bondable status.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate databases and quickly learn new software.
