Customer Sales Representative

About the role

No previous sales experience is required, and the company provides hands‑on training, product knowledge and ongoing coaching to develop strong communication, customer service and sales abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residential customers face‑to‑face in assigned Ottawa areas.
• Start conversations and understand each customer’s needs.
• Present internet, TV and wireless service options clearly.
• Build trust, answer questions and help customers make informed decisions.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
• Improve through regular coaching and feedback.
• Represent the client professionally in every interaction.
