Country Manager – Consumer Products (Canada)

About the role

The Country Manager will be the senior commercial leader for a leading consumer products company in Canada. Reporting to the North American leadership team, the role is responsible for driving revenue, profit and market share while managing relationships with the country’s largest retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for the Canadian market.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing and category management.
• Manage trade investment, joint business planning and revenue growth initiatives.
• Negotiate with major retailers and maintain strong senior‑level relationships.
• Oversee business planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading major retailer relationships across Canada.
• Track record of delivering consistent commercial growth in competitive categories.
• Experience navigating transformation or high‑growth environments.
• Strong strategic leadership combined with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.
