Corporate Development Integration Lead

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Corporate Development Integration Lead to own the post‑signing phase of M&A transactions, turning strategic intent into operational reality. The role sits at the intersection of deal execution and operational excellence, working closely with executive leadership, product, engineering and acquired teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead confirmatory diligence workstreams after LOI, coordinating legal, finance, product, engineering and research teams.
• Develop and maintain due‑diligence frameworks for acquihires, technology acquisitions and transformational deals.
• Own integration readiness assessments, identify risks, flag cultural or operational gaps and advise go/no‑go decisions.
• Coordinate technical deep‑dives with engineering and research leadership to validate product‑market fit, code quality and team capabilities.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end integration plans covering organization structure, reporting lines, tooling migration, product roadmap alignment and day‑to‑day operational follow‑through.

Required profile

• Proven integration experience at high‑growth technology companies.
• Structured, hands‑on approach to complex post‑deal processes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence senior stakeholders.
