About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Store Coordinator to join our Winners store in Blainville. In this position you will lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back‑room organization and merchandise processing.
• Maintain consistent service standards by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize and guide daily tasks, fostering collaboration and training associates on policies and procedures.
• Train and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create eye‑catching displays that reinforce the store’s brand and value strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail or service experience with a solid understanding of customer needs and operational processes.
• Collaborative mindset that promotes effective teamwork and positive relationships.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills for clear information sharing and prioritization.
