Contract Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our health‑focused team in Montréal. You will play a key part in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Determine contract terms and conditions and prepare contracts, tenders, and bids.
• Contact clients and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure lease agreements are fulfilled.
• Administer contracts, oversee tender processes, and advise on the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the health sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and multitask.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral and written communication, and solid organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Effective use of electronic mail.
