Assistant Fashion Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to support our design team in creating innovative activewear and intimates. Working closely with senior designers, you will help bring new products from concept to market while ensuring high standards of fit, function and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage product development packets.
• Update tech packs to reflect construction changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Load items into CBX and prepare packages for overseas partners.
• Manage and organize showroom samples and ensure the showroom is ready for sales meetings.
• Assist the design team in delivering innovative, functional, and high‑quality garments.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of industry experience in fashion design.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Design.
• Strong interest in activewear and intimates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Competent use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working on a Mac platform.
• Familiarity with CBX software.
• Basic understanding of 3D design (beneficial).
