AG Territory Manager – Calgary (High River – Crossfield)

About the role

BASF Agricultural Solutions is seeking an AG Territory Manager for the Calgary region, covering High River and Crossfield. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with retail and grower customers, driving sales growth, and delivering sustainable agricultural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute annual and strategic territory plans aligned with national and regional objectives.
• Develop account plans for strategic customers, including short‑ and long‑term actions to respond to market dynamics.
• Manage relationships and resources to generate demand with growers and retailers, measuring satisfaction through feedback surveys.
• Identify, negotiate, and close sales opportunities across the portfolio.
• Partner with Technical Services Representatives to educate customers on BASF innovations.
• Align broader teams on strategic messaging and provide market intelligence to BASF’s Marketing team.
• Participate in local and regional events to promote BASF solutions.
