About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the office team at Groupe ZenFi in Montréal, handling communications, data compilation and processing loan and mortgage applications. This full‑time, permanent position offers a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and client focus are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages and manage correspondence.
- Compile data, statistics and other information for reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Process applications for loans and mortgages.
Required profile
- Fluent in English or French; Spanish is a plus.
- High school diploma (secondary school graduation certificate) required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, able to work with minimal supervision.
