About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is looking for an Academic Coach to deliver personalized academic support to students across the Ontario curriculum. The role involves creating supplemental materials, providing remedial and enrichment instruction, and guiding students toward academic success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop supplemental assignments that deepen students’ understanding of the material.
- Provide remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress and improvement strategies.
- Deliver one‑on‑one academic coaching to help students achieve their learning goals.
Required profile
- Energetic and enthusiastic educators with teaching experience.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Passion for working with students and families.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in academic coaching.
