Lead multidisciplinary site supervision for the rehabilitation of the Bank of Mozambique building (USD 78M). Coordinate contractor, design team, employer and specialist stakeholders throughout construction. Administer contract, track deliverables, review correspondence and support variation, claim and extension‑of‑time assessments. Control budget and cost performance, review progress measurement and certify monthly payments. Monitor baseline programme, identify constraints, request mitigation measures and follow up corrective actions. Coordinate procurement, material/equipment submittals and track approvals and delivery impacts. Manage project documentation, RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, progress reports and stakeholder communications. Lead QA/QC and HSE oversight and interface with external authorities.
