Windows & SCCM Administrator – Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support / Endpoint Management Engineer to join our IT team. The role focuses on Windows 10/11 administration, SCCM/MECM image management, and enterprise device lifecycle support across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 10/11 operating systems for end‑users.
• Handle image creation, management, and deployments using MECM/SCCM.
• Perform OS deployments (OSD) with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Distribute software, maintain inventory, and enforce endpoint security policies.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and support for user devices.
• Process incidents and requests through ServiceNow ITSM.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and device compliance worldwide.
• Document procedures and follow ITIL best practices.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience delivering remote support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service‑management tools.
• Ability to work in a global, multi‑site environment.
