Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Manager leads an assigned department within lululemon’s global distribution network. Working on‑site, the manager ensures smooth daily operations, aligns staffing with demand, and supports the company’s purpose of elevating the world through practice.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day‑to‑day activities of the assigned warehouse department.
• Manage operational performance, supply levels, and labor planning.
• Partner with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, People & Culture, Engineering, IT, Logistics, and other support teams.
• Lead talent management for salaried and hourly reports, including hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching, and off‑boarding.
• Approve hourly employee terminations in collaboration with People & Culture.
• Drive health, safety, and labor compliance within the department.
• Support 3PL relationship management when applicable.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse safety, asset protection, and labor compliance.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and supply chain processes.
