VP of Personal Training – Founder Level

About the role

Rumble is seeking a founder‑level leader to own and scale its Personal Training vertical across multiple Canadian locations. Reporting to senior leadership, the VP will transform a trainer‑dependent operation into a system‑driven, profitable business.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Rumble personal training methodology, client journey and product structure.
• Design and implement standardized systems for onboarding, programming, delivery, performance tracking and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, certify and develop a pipeline of coaches, creating a training and evaluation framework.
• Own multi‑million‑dollar revenue, driving client retention, lifetime value and revenue per trainer.
• Eliminate variability between trainers and ensure consistent client experience across Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary.
• Contribute to brand positioning, messaging and experience design for the Personal Training vertical.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in personal training, coaching or performance‑based fitness.
• Minimum 8 years in leadership roles managing trainers or coaching teams, preferably in multi‑location environments.
• Proven accountability for $3M–$5M+ annual revenue or equivalent business unit.
• Strong understanding of sales, performance, retention metrics and unit economics of personal training.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable coaching systems and standardize delivery across multiple sites.
