Technology Transactions Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Transactions Attorney to work remotely on an hourly contract basis. The attorney will support our SaaS product teams by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating technology agreements while helping improve our AI‑driven contract review tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redline SaaS agreements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated contract suggestions for accuracy, risk, and legal soundness.
• Review AI responses to legal scenarios and provide detailed expert feedback.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and guidelines for AI models.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and SaaS contracts, identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI‑driven contract review systems and processes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) with an active bar membership in good standing.
• Extensive experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
• Strong background in technology transactions and in‑house legal environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating legal expertise into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and data annotation workflows.
