About the role

We are looking for a Bureautique Technician to provide first‑line IT support for computers, mobile devices and related equipment. The role combines phone, onsite and occasional remote assistance, ensuring smooth operation of our clients’ digital work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver phone and onsite support, with one remote day per week.
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with users until resolution.
  • Diagnose, install and repair hardware such as desktops, laptops, hard drives, network tools and peripherals.
  • Provide software, hardware and operational assistance.
  • Participate in various IT projects.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client and incident records in the ticketing system.
  • Deploy software manually or via automation.
  • Handle urgent technical issues and major outages.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • At least one year of experience in office IT setup and customer service.
  • Recent experience (within the last year) in a comparable position.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different IT environments.
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
