Join a global leader in SaaS solutions for the general insurance industry. As Acturis expands its footprint in the Canadian market, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting our growing French-speaking client base.

Missions principales

• Provide high-level technical support by resolving complex system issues for users.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the potential of our highly configurable insurance system.
• Conduct structured analysis of technical problems and gather functional improvement ideas.
• Perform on-site client visits to identify opportunities for optimal system utilization.
• Support internal teams during new version testing and present new features to end-users.
• Manage communications in both English and French to ensure seamless service for our Canadian clients.

Profil recherché

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (essential for the Canadian market).
• Customer-centric attitude with a desire to help users master complex software.
