Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) – Part‑time

About the role

Monarch House is seeking a Supervised Instructor Therapist to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. This part‑time position works in both clinic and community settings, supporting clients in achieving their individualized goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct intensive ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect, graph, and analyze client data.
• Maintain client binders, materials, and daily communication logs.
• Demonstrate therapy techniques to families and other professionals as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of experts.
• Uphold Centre policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and online courses.
• Attend Monarch House social and public events.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, organized, and a passion for learning.
• Willingness to complete a criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
