Studio and Samples Coordinator

About the role

Join Psycho Bunny’s Creative Studio as a Studio and Samples Coordinator, where you’ll keep the heartbeat of our fashion production running smoothly. You’ll manage the flow of e‑commerce samples, support high‑volume shoots, and ensure our brand’s visual standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and track all e‑commerce samples from arrival to upload.
• Coordinate sample request lists and manage deliveries for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Styling team to pack samples and prepare travel carnets for off‑site locations.
• Lead on‑model styling for e‑commerce shoots, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
• Organize and steam apparel and accessories ahead of shoots to maintain visual quality.
• Assist as an Assistant Stylist on major campaign initiatives and creative projects.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, manage seasonal sample turnover, and triage incoming requests from other departments.

Required profile

• A Diploma in Fashion Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in fashion retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for managing project workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
• Flexibility to work on a variable schedule and travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
