Structural Associate (Junior Engineer in Training)

About the Position

Main Missions

• Conduct on-site inspections of various tower structures, including climbing to different heights.
• Perform detailed ground-level technical works and structural assessments.
• Draft comprehensive and precise inspection reports based on field findings.
• Verify the compliance of works and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Maintain daily field notes and ensure seamless communication with the Project Engineer.
• Strictly follow all safety protocols and industry standards during site visits.

Profile Required

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively (70-80% of the time), with missions lasting up to two weeks.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks in outdoor environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Structural inspection and assessment.

• Working at Heights certification (mandatory).
