Sports Instructor – Ski & Snowboard

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sports Instructor to join our ski centre team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality athletic, fitness and snow sport instruction to guests of all ages in an outdoor, cold‑weather environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate and teach athletic, fitness and snow‑sport techniques to individuals and groups.
• Train and mentor staff members on best‑practice instruction methods.
• Lead group sessions and provide one‑on‑one coaching.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the slopes.

Required profile

• Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) certification.
• Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance certification.
• Successful completion of criminal record and vulnerable sector checks.
• Strong client focus, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
