Social Media Growth Marketer (Permanent, Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, trend‑aware Social Media Growth Marketer to boost brand awareness, engagement and audience reach across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. The role combines content strategy, short‑form video production and data‑driven optimisation to generate viral‑ready material that drives shares, followers and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute viral social‑media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create short‑form video content, write hooks, captions and calls‑to‑action, and repurpose assets for each channel.
• Monitor emerging trends, memes, sounds and platform updates to capture viral moments.
• Research audience behaviour and competitor activity, adapting content style based on performance data.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, watch time, shares and follower growth; conduct A/B testing on creative elements.
• Produce regular performance reports and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, fostering conversations and building brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social‑media accounts with measurable audience growth.
• Strong understanding of social‑media algorithms, short‑form video strategy and internet culture.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and ability to craft compelling hooks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
