Site Supervisor – Luxury Custom Builds

About the role

Modern Concept Contracting, a Whistler‑based builder of high‑end custom homes, is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on luxury projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure quality and schedule adherence from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations for high‑end custom builds.
• Coordinate concrete, framing, and finishing trades.
• Manage staff and subcontractors on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work follows the agreed timeline.
• Uphold quality workmanship in a clean, organized environment.
• Work with scopes of work and subcontractor contracts.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven experience creating and managing budgets and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the site running smoothly.
• Hardworking, reliable, and a true team player.
• Custom single‑family home experience is an asset.
• Red Seal or trade ticket is an asset but not required.
