SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

PatientPartners is seeking an SEO Specialist to own the full SEO lifecycle for multiple physiotherapy clinic clients. Working remotely, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on website management to drive measurable growth in organic search and Google Business Profile performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to shape content and optimization strategies.
• Set up and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Optimize on‑page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links) across service and location pages.
• Run technical SEO audits, implement fixes, and maintain WordPress core and plugins.
• Build and maintain content calendars and collaborate with a content writer on blog posts.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, build citations, and monitor directory listings.
• Report on rankings, traffic, and GBP trends, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Update client websites with new services, team additions, pricing changes, and other content.
• Work confidently in WordPress page builders like Elementor or Kadence.
• Manage tasks and assignments in Asana, keeping work status current.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with a strong focus on local SEO.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client websites simultaneously.
• Solid command of analytics platforms and SEO tools.
• Independent time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
