As a Software Engineer within the Growth Platform team, you will build the core systems and scalable tools that drive user acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle growth through personalized communications and intelligent experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver quarterly team objectives, driving technical excellence and impact.
• Navigate ambiguity to solve complex, open-ended technical problems and guide fellow engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Analytics to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Identify and resolve critical technical and business challenges to optimize the user journey.
• Ensure high system availability through proactive monitoring and participation in on-call rotations.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent through regular feedback and technical leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Design, Data).
• Commitment to engineering excellence, including testing, monitoring, and operational reliability.
