Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for a high-value client portfolio.
• Guide customers through the entire service lifecycle, from initial appointment to post-service follow-up.
• Conduct professional service consultations, ensuring all client needs are accurately identified and addressed.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering long-term loyalty through exceptional service standards.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure timely, precise, and high-quality repairs.
• Perform proactive post-service follow-ups to guarantee absolute customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the luxury automotive segment.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency in CDK software and MS Office Suite.
• Expertise in luxury customer relationship management (CRM).
• Advanced technical understanding of automotive service processes.
