Senior Recruiter – Digital Marketing & Growth

About the role

This senior recruiter position supports a fast‑growing, performance‑driven organization. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers worldwide to attract top talent for digital marketing and growth‑focused functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for digital marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Content, Creative, CRO, Marketing Operations, RevOps and related roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms and outbound initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate fit and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, market insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead inclusive hiring practices and promote diversity‑focused sourcing.
• Track and achieve KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, conversion rates and hiring quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, preferably within digital marketing, advertising or agency settings.
• Proven track record recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, Programmatic, Content, Creative, CRO, Marketing Operations or RevOps roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
