Senior Purchasing Agent - Transformation Deployment Lead

About the Role

Join AIMCo as a Senior Purchasing Agent, stepping into the critical role of Transformation Deployment Lead for a high-impact six-month mission. As a strategic partner, you will drive procurement excellence and support large-scale business transformation initiatives by bridging the gap between complex business needs and efficient procurement execution.

Main Missions

• Lead end-to-end procurement projects, from initial planning through to contract execution, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and fairness.
• Act as the Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Business Transformation (BTx) team to guide strategic alignment.
• Manage contract decommissioning processes and the off-boarding of external consultants.
• Collaborate with contract managers to define business requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and produce high-quality procurement documentation (NRFP, RFQ).
• Oversee shared contract management, third-party risk management, and the seamless integration or disintegration of external resources.
• Provide expert advisory on procurement strategies, market trends, and industry best practices.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in senior procurement roles, specifically within complex or transforming environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate business requirements into clear, compliant, and actionable contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build robust relationships internally and externally.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Expertise in managing competitive bidding processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
