Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex building‑technology projects from inception to delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients and subcontractors. You will ensure high‑quality results while representing Bosch Building Technology in line with its leadership and client‑focused values.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally to maximise client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight Bosch’s features and meet operational requirements.
• Develop and execute follow‑up communication and proposal generation for prospects.
• Complete sales orders, scopes, plans and project documentation in accordance with company procedures and contract terms.
• Identify client security needs and propose appropriate Bosch products and services.
• Assist in selling service contracts and system upgrade contracts.
• Maintain proactive client relationships, solicit referrals and support collections of past‑due accounts.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation and subcontracting activities.
• Prepare, implement and manage project installation plans and procedures.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies and services, ensuring timely delivery.
• Adjust design, contract price or installation plans as needed and maintain construction schedules.
• Monitor performance and quality of work on site.

• Ability to work outside normal business hours when required.
