About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Backend Developer to join our technical leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a technical cornerstone, driving excellence in coding standards, architectural design, and complex problem-solving to build robust, scalable web applications.

Main Missions

• Provide expert guidance to development teams on coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
• Define and refine technical requirements and contribute actively to the evolution of the architectural framework.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular code reviews and the implementation of continuous improvement processes.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, manage incidents, and evaluate/introduce cutting-edge development tools.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning among developers.
• Coordinate seamlessly with architects, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• Expertise in C# and .NET Framework/Core.
• Deep understanding of MVC architecture and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and document-based databases.
• Experience with Cloud environments and Agile methodologies.
