About the Position

Main Missions

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and property valuations to support investment decisions.
• Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing comparable sales and rental trends.
• Execute precise data entry and manage complex financial modeling, including cash flow projections.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and investment reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Review and assist in the drafting of commercial real estate purchase agreements.
• Monitor market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic advice.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial real estate underwriting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
