Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Senior Consultant you will work remotely on a project‑based freelance contract, designing realistic consulting scenarios that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under time pressure.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
