Senior Community Manager – 7 Days to Die

About the role

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead the live‑service community for the popular survival game 7 Days to Die. You will shape the community strategy, engage directly with players and creators, and act as the bridge between the community and the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the community and social strategy for 7 Days to Die as a live‑service title.
• Engage with players, creators, and community leaders through posts, replies, events, AMAs, and social participation.
• Develop and improve creator or ambassador programs to celebrate passionate community members.
• Collect, analyze, and organize player feedback into clear, actionable insights for the development team.
• Prepare sentiment summaries and community reports to guide updates, campaigns, and future planning.
• Mentor junior community managers, supporting their growth in communication and player‑facing expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing communities for live‑service or online games.
• Strong understanding of player engagement, community dynamics, and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to translate community feedback into actionable recommendations for developers.
• Excellent written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
