Senior Analyst – Privileged Access Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst to strengthen its Privileged Access Management (PAM) program within the global Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. You will work closely with business and technology partners to protect critical assets and ensure secure privileged access across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior advisor to the IAM Governance Team Manager and mentor junior team members.
• Own and manage end‑to‑end IAM workstreams, coordinating implementation and reporting progress to PAM working groups and the IAM Steering Committee.
• Lead the development, enforcement, and continuous improvement of IAM standards, policies, and controls related to privileged access.
• Collaborate with Risk, Controls, SOX, and Internal Audit teams to remediate access‑management risks.
• Measure, analyze, and report on privileged access risks, providing recommendations for risk reduction.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with a focus on Privileged Access Management.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, internal audit).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
