Seasonal Engineer – Whistler Blackcomb

About the role

Join Whistler Blackcomb for a summer seasonal engineering position where you will help maintain our resort properties to five‑star standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic mountain environment and develop your skills through industry‑leading training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine nighttime building walk‑throughs, lock/unlock patrols, and ensure safety of guests and owners.
• Maintain guest units and common areas to five‑star quality, including wood furniture refinishing, staining, and drying.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, service requests, and emergencies such as noise complaints.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Support lodging operations by following Ovation’s leadership best practices and mission.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work full‑time hours during the summer season.
• Willingness to live on‑site (housing provided).
