SAP Quality Management/Manufacturing Lead

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior SAP Quality Management/Manufacturing Lead to drive the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP QM solutions across end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply‑chain landscapes. You will act as the functional authority for Quality Management, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Manufacturing modules while traveling regularly to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP QM solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Own QM processes such as inspection planning, quality notifications, defect handling, batch management, sampling, AQL, COA and audit management.
• Drive integration of QM with SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) where applicable.
• Facilitate client discovery, blueprint and Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, translating business quality requirements into SAP solutions.
• Provide functional leadership to onshore and offshore delivery teams, reviewing designs and WRICEF objects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level transformation expert with proven experience delivering SAP quality management projects.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations across Canada.
• Excellent communication skills to engage business stakeholders and delivery leadership.

• SAP Quality Management (QM) module.
• SAP S/4HANA environment.
• SAP Manufacturing, Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM).
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care processes.
• WRICEF development and integration knowledge.
