SAP Finance Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead to drive the configuration and implementation of SAP S/4Hana Cloud Finance modules for our clients in Montreal. The role focuses on delivering fit‑to‑standard cloud solutions, guiding stakeholders away from customisations, and ensuring seamless finance data migration and quarterly update management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration and rollout of SAP S/4Hana Cloud (Public Edition) Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
• Champion the fit‑to‑standard approach and advise on cloud‑native processes.
• Utilise SAP Cloud tools such as Fiori Apps, SAP Activate and Central Finance.
• Oversee finance data migration, reconciliation and quarterly cloud update impact assessments.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure, security and architecture teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.
• Provide strategic insights on public‑cloud finance capabilities to stakeholders across Canada, the US and global locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• 1‑2 full‑lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4Hana Cloud Public Edition.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and cloud‑based finance processes.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
