Registered Nurse – Immunization Clinic (Casual)

About the role

Join Southern Health‑Santé Sud as a casual Registered Nurse (N2) working in an immunization clinic. You will provide safe, equitable immunization services to diverse populations across clinical, community and school settings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and administer vaccines according to provincial and regional protocols.
• Maintain accurate immunization records and documentation.
• Promote equity, cultural safety and diversity in all interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary public health team and follow the direction of the Public Health Nurse.
• Stay current with evidence‑based practices and complete required immunization training modules.

Required profile

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
• Completion of all required immunization training modules.
• Current CPR certification as per employer policy.

Required skills

• Immunization administration.
• Patient assessment and documentation.
• Knowledge of Manitoba RN Standards of Practice and Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
• CPR proficiency.
