Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Bray Controls Canada, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, turning customer and internal requirements into clear scope, schedules and deliverables. You will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and to Bray’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFPs and participate in bid/no‑bid decisions.
• Lead customer‑facing activities such as specification review, equipment sizing, quotation issuance and order entry.
• Coordinate quote review teams, break work into tasks, assign owners and define timelines.
• Develop, prepare and submit final bid packages and supporting documentation.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior leadership and the project team.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and critical‑path analyses using project‑management tools.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive closure on action items across Purchasing, Planning, Sales and Engineering.
• Maintain structured stakeholder communication to ensure technical requirements, schedules and deliverables are clearly understood and executed.
• Coordinate internal workflows for proposals, engineering review and execution, monitoring deadlines and escalating blockers.

• Highly organized and results‑driven professional.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and building structured plans.
• Proficient at using data, documentation and project tools to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
• Strong ability to keep cross‑functional teams aligned from proposal through project closeout.
