Project Management Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will partner with AI development teams to shape project planning, resource allocation, and risk management practices that feed directly into our AI training pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide expert insights on project scheduling and resource distribution.
• Develop, review, and refine AI training materials that capture best‑practice project‑management scenarios across multiple industries.
• Translate complex project‑management cases into clear, data‑rich examples for model training.
• Serve as the client‑facing lead, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Articulate effective team‑leadership, prioritisation, and stakeholder‑communication concepts for inclusion in AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value, making adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project‑management experience across diverse sectors and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource oversight.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and adaptive planning in dynamic environments.
