About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Product Specialist to join Brilliant Harvest. The role bridges product and operations, ensuring the data that powers our platform is accurate, well‑structured, and reliable for technicians, operators, and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enter structured data from equipment manuals, specifications, and parts information into the platform.
• Validate entries using heavy‑equipment domain knowledge to ensure technical accuracy and field relevance.
• Assign metadata, categories, and keywords to improve searchability and usability.
• Verify AI‑generated answers and recommendations against source documentation, flagging any inaccuracies.
• Identify data gaps or errors and escalate them appropriately.
• Collaborate with external partners to communicate requirements, manage work queues, and track progress.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy‑equipment operation or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external teams.
