Product Manager – Trade & Compliance Systems

About the role

Lululemon is seeking an experienced Trade Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of systems that manage duties, tariffs, and cross‑border trade flows between Canada and the United States. The role translates complex regulatory rules into scalable, automated technology solutions that support our fulfilment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Global Trade Compliance, Finance, Logistics, Engineering and Distribution to align product roadmap with regulatory requirements and business value.
• Collaborate with product fulfilment system teams, project leaders and operational stakeholders to scope customer experiences and define capabilities.
• Write robust requirements, prioritise backlogs, and work with engineering to deliver and test high‑quality software.
• Maintain and prioritise work items across multiple systems, plan sprints and manage long‑term backlog.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation to support MVP delivery.
• Support scrum teams in delivering defined business capabilities and ensure cross‑team product sign‑off.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven expertise in trade compliance, landed‑cost calculation and duty optimisation.
• Ability to translate regulatory rules into configurable software solutions.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile environments.
