About the role

The PR & Communications Specialist will support the planning and execution of strategic public‑relations initiatives that raise brand visibility and engagement across print, digital and social platforms. Working closely with internal marketing and events teams, the role focuses on securing organic media coverage for product launches, campaigns, collaborations and key brand moments.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of PR and communications initiatives across print, digital and social channels.
  • Secure organic media coverage for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events and key brand moments.
  • Manage media relations, influencer partnerships and integrated storytelling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and events teams to execute impactful PR events and programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for press queries and disseminate press materials proactively and reactively.
  • Generate positive publicity through print/digital editorial, broadcast, influencers and media events.
  • Oversee broadcast and digital databases, press‑grid management and reporting.
  • Develop event concepts and press presentations that drive coverage.
  • Support reporting and analytics, including monthly, quarterly and annual DMR analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with editors, influencers, agents and vendors in the luxury, fashion and trade spaces.
  • Leverage media‑buying opportunities and collaborate with the media team on custom content.
  • Partner with the entertainment team on North America influencer programs and social‑media opportunities.
  • Own and advise on North America budget management and invoicing for editorial initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience developing and executing public‑relations programs aligned with North America goals.
  • Ability to manage press queries and distribute press materials both proactively and reactively.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with editors, influencers, agents and luxury‑industry stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating PR events, photoshoots, press previews and brand activations.
  • Competence in reporting and analytics, including monthly, quarterly and annual DMR analysis.
  • Familiarity with media buying, custom content collaboration and influencer‑program partnerships.
