Pharmacist – Independent Pharmacy (North & South Edmonton)

About the role

We are an independent pharmacy in Edmonton looking for motivated pharmacists to join our north‑side and south‑side locations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care while supporting the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner.
• Provide clinical services such as initiating care plans, conducting follow‑ups and maintaining documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships.
• Participate in community‑based marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Lead and support team performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and external healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Valid Class A Pharmacist licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and performance‑management experience.
• Full‑time availability for 8‑10 hour shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with the Kroll pharmacy management system (preferred).
