Performance Strategy Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

The Performance Strategy Senior Associate joins the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture, to drive rapid, sustainable results for leading global companies. You will work directly with clients—from shop‑floor teams to C‑suite executives—to translate analytical insights into tangible business improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations on process improvement, supply‑chain optimization, and back‑office transformation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Support senior consultants and managers in delivering end‑to‑end project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA with a distinction average.
• Up to 6 years of commercial experience, preferably in a consulting or analytical role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid quantitative and mathematical abilities.
