Partner Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Partner Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a scalable communications framework for its global partner ecosystem. The role ensures partners are informed, inspired and equipped to drive mutual growth through consistent, high‑impact messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the partner marketing communications strategy, aligning with marketing, sales, legal and communications teams.
• Drive partner awareness, affinity, engagement and loyalty through quarterly newsletters, webinars and ad‑hoc communications.
• Coordinate launch and ongoing execution of partner initiatives, working closely with Marketing Operations and Digital.
• Collaborate with content contributors across partner program, sales, product and field marketing to create relevant messaging.
• Manage review and approval workflows to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
• Measure effectiveness of communications using open/click rates, portal engagement and event attendance, and continuously optimize performance.
