Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Silver Hotel Group is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to bring each hotel’s brand story to life through engaging digital content. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, photographers, and on‑property teams to create and schedule visual and written content across multiple hotel and food‑and‑beverage portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content each month for Union Hotel, The Anndore House, Pantages Hotel, Hotel Victoria, The Westley Hotel and Radisson Blu, collaborating with photographers and hotel teams.
• Write and edit caption copy for social media posts.
• Plan and execute quarterly content shoots at GTA properties and annual shoots at out‑of‑area locations.
• Schedule social media posts using Sprout or Agorapulse.
• Manage community engagement on all hotel and restaurant accounts.
• Post daily Instagram and TikTok stories for each property and its outlets.
• Support paid‑social strategy, recommending high‑performing content via Meta Business Suite/Facebook Ads Manager.
• Write monthly blog articles to enhance SEO and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Ability to collaborate with photographers, marketing teams, and property staff.
• Organised approach to planning content shoots and managing editorial calendars.
• Experience handling community management across multiple social platforms.

Required skills

• Social media scheduling tools (Sprout, Agorapulse).
• Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager.
• Instagram and TikTok platforms.
