Marketing Intern (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in Toronto. This hands‑on position offers the chance to work on high‑impact campaigns and product launches for iconic beauty brands such as Sally Hansen and Adidas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create in‑store and online creative assets, including displays, brochures, and digital ads.
• Manage the execution of retailer programs, events, and product sample orders while maintaining inventory.
• Support cross‑functional teams with marketing requests and prepare promotional and media materials by coordinating with agencies, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Provide data, market trends, forecasts, analyses, and new product information to internal stakeholders.
• Assist the brand manager and marketing coordinator with day‑to‑day brand activities and ad‑hoc tasks such as code creation, purchase order generation, and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Operational marketing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
