As the Manufacturing Manager, you will take full ownership of the Quick Response Center (QRC) in Edmonton, AB. This strategic leadership role is dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering world-class customer service through high-speed execution and precision manufacturing.

Missions principales

• Site Leadership: Direct all operational aspects of the QRC, ensuring seamless execution of repair quotes, manufacturing, and service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Drive key performance indicators including OTD (On-Time Delivery), backlog reduction, AMP cycle time, and direct labor utilization.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational plans encompassing workforce absorption, cost management, facility maintenance, and capital expenditure.
• Safety & Quality: Foster a rigorous safety culture and implement continuous improvement programs to meet strict quality and excellence standards.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the QRC workforce, while implementing robust succession planning and talent development programs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure high-level synchronization with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders to optimize the customer experience.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in manufacturing management or site leadership within an industrial environment.
• Strong track record in driving operational metrics (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop diverse technical teams.
• Strategic mindset with experience in budget management, cost control, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
